What Is A Life Coach?

A life coach is a professional who assist clients in achieving their life goals. Their primary mission is to motivate their clients to make informed decisions and engage in positive self-transformation to guarantee the future they desire for themselves. Distinctive from therapy, life coaches focus on the present as well as the future and can assist clients in overcoming obstacles while providing clients the tools of success to make the necessary changes for themselves. Life coaches also help clients develop new perspectives throughout any challenges they face and assist in creating clear paths and planning for the future. They can work in conjunction with any certified medical care professional and can be a wonderful asset to any mental health support team!

All sessions are a hour long or an hour and twenty minutes long depending on a client’s needs. The cost of each service per session is $75. If you are interested in continuous sessions such as the services Touched By Grief and Sacral Freedom services (which require 12 sessions for a client to receive the full benefits of the service) the total cost is $800. Each session price is reduced to $66 per appointment with the one time payment of $800!

TRUE PURPOSE SESSIONS

Have you ever feel aimless in this life and wondering as to how you found this place of discontent? Discovering purpose doesn’t always have to be found after a cataclysmic shift occurs or when every single thing in life is going well. Sometimes it is the journey of discovery in which you are guided to the meaning of your existence. True Purpose sessions are 1:1 sessions where a client can firmly place their hands on the steering wheel called life and begin to create their reality they seek to achieve. Clients can find themselves on a positive quest for meaning while receiving assistance in altering their lives for the better.

PERSONAL HAPPINESS SESSIONS

Operating from contentment or joy on a daily basis can seem like a tall order in this day and age. With traditional stresses and new added on stresses how can anyone be truly happy? Within these sessions are the tools to finding your way back to the every reason you remain dedicated and showcase the hard work to simply show up to  your life. There are always days where you feel it is simply a chore to fulfill the loved based roles everyone assumes in the human journey. Those days should be few and far in between. If you are struggling to bring forth the life you envisioned this service is a series of 1:1 sessions in which the pathway of motivation to place yourself as a priority is available. It has existed the whole time and YOU are meant to find it!

TOUCHED BY GRIEF SESSIONS

Loss isn’t always defined by the passing of a loved one, it can arrive in many ways and reappear within periods of self reflection. Whether it be looking through the rose colored lens of nostalgia only noticing the glasses are a bit heavier with every pass or resisting change in favor of what has been comfortable has given despair- know that grief is very real. It can be carried for years and linger even when one has thought it had passed. These sessions are meant to coincide with any healing journey especially journeys where there has been a loss of a loved one. Finding the future without the binds of perpetual sorrow is reality that can be achieved and the footsteps of true healing aren’t as big as you had thought. The art of transmutation is within your hands. These 1:1 sessions are 12 sessions long and are designed to ensure you are prepared to embrace the reality you would like to shape. 

SACRAL FREEDOM SESSIONS

Human sexuality is complex and any challenges in relation to intimate connections with the self and others can face many upheavals in the journey of life. From understanding identity to searching for meaningful relationships, these sessions are all about understanding the self regardless of any faith, orientation (LGQBTIA+) and gender. The experiences of the past give way to how any person views the present and there can be many causes as to why unhappiness, dissatisfaction or discontent is prevalent. Sacral Freedom sessions are created to facilitate positive transformations while assisting clients in addressing any limitations regardless of where they have originated. Each session is meant to find the causes of every issue a client may have and foster motivation to transform issues into strengths. There is no topic too difficult to discuss to bring about the benevolent future to existence. These sessions are 12 sessions long and can be adapted to suit any needs of the client. Dentro de estas sesiones están las herramientas para encontrar el camino de regreso a todas las razones por las que sigues dedicado y muestra el trabajo duro para simplemente aparecer en tu vida. Siempre hay días en los que sientes que es simplemente una tarea cumplir con los roles basados en el amor que todos asumen en el viaje humano. Esos días deberían ser pocos y muy intermedios. Si estás luchando por traer la vida que imaginabas, este servicio es una serie de sesiones 1:1 en las que está disponible el camino de la motivación para colocarte como prioridad. SESIONES DE LIBERTAD SACRA

La sexualidad humana es compleja y cualquier desafío en relación con las conexiones íntimas con uno mismo y con los demás puede enfrentar muchos trastornos en el viaje de la vida. Desde la comprensión de la identidad hasta la búsqueda de relaciones significativas, estas sesiones tienen que ver con la comprensión de uno mismo independientemente de cualquier fe, orientación (LGQBTIA+) y género. Las experiencias del pasado dan paso a cómo cualquier persona ve el presente y puede haber muchas causas de por qué prevalece la infelicidad, la insatisfacción o el descontento. Se crean nuevas sesiones de intimidad para facilitar transformaciones positivas mientras se ayuda a los clientes a abordar cualquier limitación, independientemente de dónde se hayan originado. Cada sesión tiene como objetivo encontrar las causas de cada problema que un cliente pueda tener y fomentar la motivación para transformar los problemas en fortalezas. No hay ningún tema demasiado difícil de discutir para traer el futuro benévolo a la existencia. Estas sesiones tienen 12 sesiones de duración y se pueden adaptar para adaptarse a cualquier necesidad del cliente.
